| Portsmouth goalkeeper David James has targeted a place at the 2010 World Cup after insisting he has no plans to quit international football. The 38-year-old now looks to be established as Fabio Capello's first-choice goalkeeper and although he will be approaching 40 when the World Cup in South Africa gets underway, James is convinced he can fulfil his dream of playing at the World Cup.
"I hope my journey isn't finished yet," he told the Daily Star Sunday. "There are a lot of people who finish their career far too early. I don't intend to finish until I have fulfilled all my dreams.
